Staying here felt like discovering a peaceful retreat amidst Tokyo's hustle. The spacious room and stunning gardens truly made our family excited and relaxed.

However, navigating to the hotel from Shinagawa station with our luggage was a challenge, especially in the rain. A shuttle service would have been appreciated.

The views from the Tower Side Deluxe Room were breathtaking, especially during

sunrise and sunset. The hotel's location was convenient, just a few minutes from the metro. However, the check-in process was slightly slow, which was a bit frustrating after a long journey.

stayed in a deluxe twin room with sauna access. room was super spacious with comfy beds and had a large bathroom with both a shower and a tub. great amenities like air conditioning, fridge, and cable TV. really enjoyed the outdoor pool and fitness center. so close to shinagawa station, which made traveling around tokyo a breeze.

The hotel provides spacious rooms that reflect American standards, making it ideal for business travelers. Located just a 5-minute walk from Shinagawa station, it offers convenience for transport. The staff was exceptionally friendly and provided efficient service, which greatly enhanced my stay.

Breakfast options could be more varied.

The hotel was fantastic. the breakfast buffet had tons of options, and they let us check in early! The sauna and peaceful Japanese garden were great relaxation spots. Only downside was a small issue with the housekeeping not replacing towels promptly, but overall, it was a lovely stay! 😊

The rooms were super spacious, and the shower was the best. I loved chilling in the beautiful garden, especially during cherry blossom season. The staff treated us like family. Only thing was the in-room breakfast could be a bit quicker. Otherwise, it felt like home!

The hotel is conveniently located just a short walk from Shinagawa Station, making it easy to explore Tokyo. The staff were attentive and made my check-in smooth, although I wish there were more vegetarian options in the dining facilities.
